FOURTH CONFERENCE OF GREEN FASHION INDIA
THEME- EMPOWERMENT OF KHADI AND HANDLOOM THROUGH DESIGN INTERVENTIONS
The 4th Concept of the conference dealt into the grassroots of the Indian Textiles to establish beneficial linkages between them through Design and Research. The conference further established a strong solution of Design Interventions by collaborating the Khadi and Handloom sectors with education, Industry and Designers to bring the win-win situation for both the sectors.
FOCUS -
The focus of the conference was to enhance the grassroots sectors of Khadi and Handloom through the up gradation of Designs. The conference further focused on providing Fashion & Design Education in the above sectors by introducing Technology. It further explored the opportunities and challenges in the way Fashion Research will be applied through Sustainability and Productivity.
